Monitoring – We have discovered a service degradation that affected the Bangkok (BKK) PoP which may have resulted in customers experiencing higher than expected latency or packet loss to services in the BKK PoP. Service was restored, mitigating the impact to customers. We are monitoring to ensure continued stability. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
